1. No Refund Policy
Once a booking is confirmed, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible rescheduling option.
2. Rescheduling Your Booking
You may reschedule your booking up to 15 days before your original screening date.
Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred new date.
Each booking is eligible for one reschedule only.
3. How to Request a Reschedule
Simply reach out to us via phone or email with your booking ID and new preferred date.
Our team will check availability and confirm the updated booking as soon as possible.
If your preferred date is unavailable, we’ll be happy to offer other available options.
4. No-Show & Last-Minute Changes
If you are unable to attend your scheduled screening and do not inform us in time, the booking will be considered used and cannot be rescheduled.
Reschedule requests made less than 15 days before the screening date may not be accommodated.
