Welcome to Retro Screens! By booking and using our private theatre services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all guests.
2. Booking & Payments
Advance Booking: All screenings must be booked in advance through our official channels.
Partial Payment: A portion of the booking fee is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before the screening begins.
Rescheduling Policy: We do not offer cancellations, but you may reschedule your booking up to 15 days before your original screening date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
3. Code of Conduct
Respect the Space: Guests must treat the theatre, furniture, and equipment with care.
No Unauthorized Recording: Guests are not allowed to record or capture footage inside the theatre. However, Retro Screens may record private screenings for security and service purposes.
No Disruptions: Loud behavior, inappropriate content, or any disturbances will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to end a screening if necessary.
Food & Beverages: Outside food and drinks are not permitted. All food services are managed in-house by Retro Screens.
4. Damage Policy
Property Protection: Any damage to theatre equipment, seating, screens, or interiors due to negligence, intentional harm, or misconduct will be charged to the booking party.
Equipment Misuse: Do not tamper with the projector, sound system, or any other technical equipment. Unauthorized adjustments may result in fines.
Cleaning Fees: Excessive spills, stains, or damage requiring professional cleaning may result in an additional charge.
5. Surveillance & Recording Policy
Private Screening Recordings: Retro Screens may record private screenings for security, quality control, or legal compliance. These recordings are confidential and will not be shared unless required by law.
CCTV Monitoring: Common areas (entrances, lobbies, and hallways) are under CCTV surveillance for safety purposes.
Data Privacy: All recordings are stored securely and handled per our privacy policy.
6. Third-Party Services
Retro Screens provides access to OTT platforms for private screenings. Guests must follow the terms of the respective streaming services.
7. Liability & Safety
Retro Screens is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended in the theatre.
Guests must comply with all safety guidelines, including emergency procedures.
The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms.
